Definitions

Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account.

You are responsible for your account, any activity performed under it, and the security of your account's credentials.

We may disable access to your account at any time and for any reason.

Permissible Use

You must obey all local and Province of Ontario, Canada laws in the course of using our services.

Content Rights

You retain any ownership of, and are solely responsible for, the content you upload or transmit through our services. Upon upload, you grant cats.sh a non-exclusive license to store, use, make incidental copies, and display your content in the ways required for the operation of our services. If the content you upload is made available to other users of cats.sh, you grant those users the right to view your content and use your content through the tools provided by our services.

You may delete or request a copy of your content as specified in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We may disable our services at any time.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. Governing Law

This agreement and our services are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions

Changes to These Terms

We may make changes to these terms with no less than 2 weeks notice provided by email to the email address of your account. Before the new terms come in to effect, you may request to terminate your account and existing agreement by contacting us here.
